We loved the location of the hotel, as it was close to the vibrant Jardim area and the popular Avenue Paulista. It was also conveniently near the Paraiso metro station, making it easy to explore the city. The room was spacious and clean, and the bathroom was well-maintained. The service provided by the staff was exceptional, with friendly and helpful employees. The breakfast had a variety of options, including delicious fruits and yogurts. the hotel had excellent facilities, such as a sushi bar and a well-kept lobby.
The wifi service was a bit unstable and not very fast.

Spacious room, exceeded expectations. Breakfast impressive with Japanese options. Clean and friendly staff. Convenient location, safe to walk around. Fast WiFi, good TV streaming. Nice fitness room. Impressive breakfasts with sushi bar. Well-maintained facilities. Standard, but comfortable hotel.

We had a wonderful stay at this luxurious hotel. The location is perfect, situated in a safe area and easily accessible. The staff at the front desk were exceptional, providing excellent service. The room itself was very clean and comfortable, with a large bed and cozy duvet cover. The breakfast options were fantastic, especially the Japanese dishes available at the sushi bar.
